- This is a one-time offer and is solely for use by employees/
owners of U.S. companies that are members of the ESOP
Association. The offer may be withdrawn in the future at the
sole discretion of Vacation Village Resorts. The offer includes
accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights at one
location on a space-available basis. Occupancy is designed for
two adults and users may bring up to two additional children
under the age of 16 to share their same accommodations.
- Vacationer is responsible for all incidental expenses incurred
during this vacation, including but not limited to applicable
taxes, meals, transportation and additional room charges.
- Reservations must be made at least fourteen (14) days and up
to sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
- If the user cancels at least thirty (30) days prior to the
scheduled arrival, user is entitled to a full refund if cancelled
within these stated terms and conditions. If user fails to cancel
within thirty (30) days of the scheduled arrival, this will result
in forfeiture of user’s deposit.
- The ESOP Ambassador Vacation is non-transferable and
may not be resold, distributed, copied, republished and/or
disseminated.
- Accommodations are subject to availability and are assigned
on a first-come, first-served basis. Vacation Village Resorts and
affiliated resorts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- This offer expires one (1) year from inception or sooner at the
sole discretion of Vacation Village Resorts.
